THE PROCESS

MEET WITH ED

It all starts with the first meeting! We value our relationship with clients and want to ensure we are a great fit. During this meeting we will look at your property or existing home to discuss your ideas and develop and understanding of your goals.

PLAN + DESIGN

Tell us about your ideas! We will help you build build a design team specific to your project, or work with a team you already have in mind. We will facilitate and navigate any planning regulations and take care of the permitting process.

BUDGET

We offer comprehensive budgeting services tailored to your project. As projects evolve, so does the budget, which is why we track and manage the budget throughout the project to ensure everyone’s goals are being met.

BUILD

Upon permit approvals, we mobilize on site and begin the build! We offer full project management and site supervision. In other words, you sit back and enjoy the most exciting process! Our team prioritizes keeping communication ongoing with architects, designers, and clients to ensure the utmost attention to detail, with no surprises!

MAINTENANCE + ONGOING CARE

We are known for our long lasting relationships with clients. Once the project is complete, we love hearing your feedback and how you are enjoying your new space. If required, we can set you up with any maintenance teams to ensure your property continues to be well cared for.

We are pleased to offer Insulated Concrete Forms as a building option for your home.

This innovative building material allows your project to be built more sound resistant, and creates a more comfortable feeling basement. A home built with ICF can withstand strong winds, impacts and has higher fire protection ratings than a wood stick frame home. Building with ICF speeds up the building process because of its unique click – together system.

Ed Leimgardt Contracting Inc. is the leading installer of this product in the Southern Georgian Bay Area. We are a trained and certified ICF installer, and have over 15 years experience with this integrated building system.
