PRESIDENT
Ed Leimgardt
Ed brings over 35 + years of experience in carpentry and construction to the table. In his younger years, Ed started out as an equipment operator and a few years later, he moved on to framing and roofing with his father’s business. He always had a dream of becoming a custom home builder one day.
Ed set out on his own in 1991, and over the years has developed a vast range of knowledge that allows him to successfully navigate all unique projects. Ed is very hands on and is working on site daily. He is up for any challenge thrown his way and enjoys working through new ideas and customs details with architects and designers.
He loves all aspects of building, but his favourite part is meeting with the client’s and architects at the beginning of the project to visualize the potential for each property.
Director + Project Manager
Ashley Leimgardt
Ashley’s career started after graduating from the Algonquin School for Construction Excellence, where she obtained a BA in Interior Design. Upon realizing how her passion for custom homes and design complimented her father’s business, they teamed together.
Ashley utilizes her planning and design knowledge to manage all of our projects with extreme care and attention to detail. As our Project Manager, she works closely with clients, architects, and designers from the initial planning stages, to building and tracking detailed budgets, managing schedules throughout the build, to the very end of walking our clients through their finished home.
With a passion for green building, she is currently studying to become a LEED Green Associate, to ensure our clients are offered efficient and sustainable options.
