Snow Valley Home

This 3,000 sq ft custom bungalow was constructed in collaboration with Madison Taylor Design Inc. using some new and exciting building systems, and features a walkout and 3-car garage.

The framing package was provided by Tekkhaus/ Modulex. All partitions arrive to the site preassembled - framed, braced, sheeted, insulated, and wrapped in building paper. This allowed us to build the structure and enclose the home in less time than it would take using conventional framing methods.

No baseboards or casings were used on the main floor, instead a clean and contemporary look was acheived with drywall returns and by installing drywall reveal beads.

The images below showcase some of these features.
